1. What AThink Tarot is

ATThink Tarot ("AThink", "we", "us") provides AI-generated tarot readings for personal reflection through the website athink.app and its mobile/web applications ("the Service"). Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or psychological.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Free and paid features

The Service offers a limited number of free readings. Additional access can be unlocked with a one-time purchase of Unlock Unlimited ($0.99 USD). This is a one-time digital purchase — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), our reseller of record, which collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your card information.

Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes calculated for your location.

4. Accounts

You may create an account with an email address and password to save your readings across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact alenbee@gmail.com to delete your account at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; no automated scraping or bulk extraction of content; no use of the Service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; and no resale or redistribution of readings or content without our written permission.

6. License to content

Readings you receive are generated for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share a reading for personal purposes. All other content, branding, and software in the Service remain our property or the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. READINGS ARE AI-GENERATED AND MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR NOT SUITED TO YOUR SITUATION. DO NOT BASE IMPORTANT LIFE DECISIONS ON A READING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
