Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-time purchase, no subscription

Unlock Unlimited is a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel to stop future billing. Your purchase never renews automatically.

2. Refunds

Because the Service is delivered digitally and instantly, purchases are generally final. However, we offer refunds in these cases:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the paid features (technical failure on our side).
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not meaningfully used the paid features.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred.

3. How to request a refund

Email alenbee@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and, if possible, your receipt or order reference. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through our payment processor (Paddle) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation / closing your account

You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email alenbee@gmail.com. Closing your account does not automatically refund prior purchases.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was fraudulent or unauthorized, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster than a chargeback. Unauthorized charges will be refunded immediately after verification.
